KMI was the Construction Manager for the renovation of this 30-year-old resort on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. The entire facility has 85 rooms, three restaurants and a full-service marina.

The initial scope of work focused on the renovation of 32 units. Future assignments will include upgrading the existing infrastructure including power and communications distribution, fresh water distribution and storage, gray water distribution and usage, and emergency power equipment systems.

Ultimately, the balance of the existing facilities including restaurants, kitchens, hillside rooms, waste water plant, fresh water plants, docks and piers, fuel storage, and the laundry facility and lobby building will be renovated.
