KMI provided program management oversight for the planning, design and construction of a new 8,280 SF terminal, a 2,136 SF ground support equipment shop, and 135,000 SF of concrete ramp used for parking and servicing aircraft. The design commenced in summer 2004 and construction was completed in January 2006. Relationships were reprised from Architects and Contractors from past projects for this development. Because of schedule demands, a design-build approach was implemented as the method of project delivery.
