KMI managed the construction of this classic villa residence, perched on the hillside of the Lambert Beach resort for a private American family. Local trade contractors were used to complete the construction. The site is extremely challenging due to its location and dramatic topography as well as the widespread characteristic BVI boulders that cover the area. Natural features such as the boulders were incorporated into the design where ever possible.
