KMI managed the installation of industrial kitchens and facilities at this tourist hotspot on Waterfront Drive. A design and construct approach was taken to minimize the input required from the Owners, leaving them free to concentrate on the running of the facility during peak season. Local contractors and suppliers were exclusively used to upgrade this popular establishment.
