Kraus Manning, Inc. recently completed Project Management and Construction Consulting services for a two-phase, 17,000-square-foot renovation and modernization that consisted of 8,000 square feet of new administrative and accounting offices as well as construction of a 9,000-square-foot Heavenly Spa, the first built at a Westin Resort in the contiguous United States. The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa is owned and operated by the Starwood Capitol Group.
The project included the guestroom balcony handrail replacement, kitchen floor reconstruction, complete renovation of guest room corridors and new construction of the administration offices, accounting offices and engineering offices, which allowed the existing office space to be demolished in order to construct the Heavenly Spa.
