KMI was the Project Manager for Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove, located in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Frenchman’s Cove is located on 13.3 acres adjacent to Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort. The property has a commanding view of the harbor and downtown Charlotte Amalie.

The scope of the project included 4, six-story structures containing 120 individual two- and three-bedroom timeshare villas, a separate fitness center, a two-story marketplace and grill, an infinity edge 112.5 thousand gallon pool, a splash pool, spa and various MSE retaining walls reaching heights of 50 feet. In addition, the project includes a separate four story Check–In building featuring a great hall, parlor, library, concierge services area, a grand balcony overlooking the harbor and an additional 6 villas.

Future phases will include 2 more six story buildings for a total of 220 villas when complete. Also slated for construction is an additional full size pool along with spa area and snack bar, two 1500 kW emergency power generators, additional MSE walls, a 150’ long pier for water taxi service to and from downtown Charlotte Amalie, outdoor grill areas for guest use and a children’s tot lot.
