Mike E. Kraus provides operational oversight on KMI projects. He has over thirty years of experience in the construction and project management of numerous and varied projects. This experience has included Hotel and Resort development, site work, roadway projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities, utility distribution and collections systems, dredge containment facilities, building construction, plus major new landfill and landfill closure projects. Mr. Kraus has demonstrated experience in the construction engineering and management of inspection efforts of complex projects, contract negotiations, claims analysis, avoidance and resolution of construction disputes. Some of his key projects include Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove, Peter Island Resort, Shore Club Resort, Universal Studios Expansion, Orlando-Orange Expressway Authority and a variety of other projects. Mr. Kraus is a licensed professional engineer in the states/territories of Maryland, Florida and the United States Virgin Islands. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
