John Manning provides financial and consulting services oversight for KMI. He has over thirty years of experience in the engineering, construction and real estate industry. This experience includes project management of the design and construction processes on a variety of projects including resort hotels, parking structures, infrastructure, area development, condominium development and office development. His experience encompasses all phases of development from project feasibility analysis, project representation at planning and zoning, budget development, design services procurement, design management, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, construction bid and award management, real estate appraising, site design, due diligence studies, minor structural design, program/project/construction management to claim mitigation/analysis. Mr. Manning provides proven leadership capabilities on large projects, from concept to completion, requiring the organization of successful project teams from multiple companies. Some of his key projects include EPCOT Monorail, Universals Portofino Bay Hotel, Universal Studios Expansion, Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Club in St. Thomas, Signature Flight Support and a variety of other projects. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and the University of Florida with a Masters in Civil Engineer and Construction Management. Mr. Manning holds licenses as a professional engineer in New York and Florida, a general contractor in Florida and the United States Virgin Islands and a general real estate appraiser in Florida. He is also a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America and a member of the AACE International and the Project Management Institute.
