Sean O’Connell has over 24 years of experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry, working on a broad range of projects including museums, residential homes, high-end luxury condominiums, low income housing tax credit projects, senior citizen assisted living facilities, airport runway reconstruction, road work and marine work. His experiences span from offering pre-construction consulting, construction and project close-out services. His projects include Marriott Frenchman’s Cove, Water Island Ferry Dock Reconstruction, Cyril E. King Airport, The Home Depot, Patriot’s Manor Housing Community, Trinity College Art History Museum, The Mark Twain House Education and Visitors Center, Tuxedo Place Assisted Living Center and Lions Head of Salisbury Condominiums. Mr. O’Connell is a graduate of the Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia with a Masters in Business Administration.
