Sam is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Accredited Professional and plays a key role in ensuring design and construction are developed in consideration of environmental sustainability and building efficiencies for those clients who are proponents of green construction. Sam is also head of the new Kraus Manning Sustainable Solutions division. His proven strengths include: understanding clients’ needs and taking the necessary steps to see that those needs are met, coordinating with local municipalities and agencies for project approvals, ability to obtain perfect-fit resources necessary to complete the project scope.
